Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within a 14-day cooling-off period.
- Cancellation Deadline: 14 days from the day after you (or your nominee) receive the goods.
- Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window.
- Return Deadline: Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the items.
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return window. You may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened, and resealable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, food and drink items cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the packaging is opened.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label or refund your shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days), we will process your refund. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
